has anyone used fenugreek

I tried the pill but some reason had a reaction bc I have asthma . but I take the upspring milk flow lactation drink and I pump at least 30 oz a day . so weird bc the upspring lactation drink has fenugreek but I have no reaction .

okay i will give it a try than. today was my first day. i am not a big fan of taking 2 pills 3 times a day tho :(

Fenugreek gave my son bad indigestion. I take milk machine from euphoric herbals and it's helped me out a bunch.
