PLEASE HELP!!!
my son is not 2 days old yet but i know today they said he should have 2 wet diapers and 2 poops he did really good the first day but now its like hes not peeing or pooping im super worried i breast feed on demand and he is eating alot i even hand expressed some in a lil cup and fed it to him to make sure he was eating. What am i doing wrong?? :(

it will happen. I worried too. ur milk hasn't came in yet correct? is it still colostrum?
Every baby is gonna be different..... Not every baby is gonna have 2 pee and 2 poop diapers.... my oldest (now 5) one had 1 each a day, my second had a total of 2 poopy diapers in 2 days and the doctors said he was fine..... my third was an over achiever and had like 4 of each in the hospital and the second we were out she stopped pooping except for every 2 days... as long as baby is passing gas they are fine.
call them and ask. what were his diapers like today so far?
he was born oct 6 at 5:36pm and no we got discharged last night
if hes not 2 days old yet, aren't yall still in the hospital? talk to the nurse.
it's fine then...they sometimes will only poop once in a 24 hour period on colostrum. I was worried when we came home, she was 3 days old & didn't poop so I called the nursery & they said it was fine & she would poop eventually & she did later that night. I bet yours will poop later tonight. try not to worry
