this is my second c section and the first was fine but this one isn't. doesn't seem to bad today other than being really itchy

Make sure you keep it dry and clean! put a maternity pad over it to stop your clothes rubbing against it! I know it's hard with a new baby but rest as much as possible! I had the same kind of thing after my c section and the antibiotics didn't touch it so then I was prescribed an antibiotic cream which was amazing!
