At half 9 this morning, a month after his cardiac surgery, my beautiful little boy sadly passed away 😭 he was fighting for so long and then couldn't fight no more :'( hardest thing in life I'm going to have to go through

any idea what this could be? tried nappy rash creams and they haven't worked tried nappy free time and it's not made a difference and he screams in pain
