Does anyone know what I have to do to change my baby's last name to mine? He's barely 2 months old and would like to change it soon.

@optimusviolet, whatever the reason doesn't matter. I hope your situation works out for the best :) and I would start at the hall of records.

Ahh okay. I'm in Texas so I'm not sure how that works. I didn't think I would have to go through this @leahsmommi

You have to go to the hall of records to get the papers work. Then again. I'm in cali and things could be different
