mom's please help I've been having some really bad lower and mid back pain, I'm 9 weeks I've tried sleeping on my side with a pillow in between my legs and it relieves it for a few, I've taken tylenol too is there anything else I can do and is this common at 9 weeks?

it's not cramping it's back pain we saw the heartbeat last weekend and I will try these tricks thank you!

lay on floor with feet up on chair or couch for about 15 minutes. it will help stretch it and relieve some of the pain. also maybe try a heating pad.

cramping is sometimes normal but not excruciating pain. Call your doctor

I'm 24 weeks and since I found out I was pregnant I have the same pain . Try yoga and do some stretches . I do it 2/3 a day because my pain it's really bad . It will help
