But he doesn't seem hungry when he wakes up in the middle of the night so I been trying to go without feeding him and just changing his diaper then back to sleep but hes so use to a bottle

He wakes up at 4am to eat then goes back to sleep until 8am

You should try to get him to bed earlier. I think 11 is too late but since your son is use to going to bed at that time it's gonna be hard to get him to sleep earlier. My son use to go to sleep at 11 too because he would start playing with his toys after his bath. It took a month or 2 get him to start going to bed at 9. does he sleep through the night?

I give solids. I give him like a little bowl of rice with chicken or broccoli and after his bath his formula with a little rice cereal to fill him up if he doesn't eat all his dinner. Thats my sons schedule. its good to get them on a schedule. idk how you do it
