I get migraine so bad I throw up also and I've tried every pill imaginable and the only thing that works is excedrin migraine and drink it with caffeine.

Oh I also forgot to say if you have Vicks vapo rub put that on your temples or anyplace your head is throbbing . The smell will help relax you as well as the cold tingling

Tylenol will do nothing for migraines .

1.) take ibuprofen if you are breastfeeding or excedrin migraine if you aren't breastfeeding.

2.) caffeine caffeine caffeine. Make coffee or black tea or soda. I know it's hard to keep stuff down at this point . I usually just make a cup of black tea and sip it as well as sip water.

3.) cold facecloth on forehead. Keep bowl on night stand and fill with ice water or cold water so you can keep rag cold easily without getting up

4.) lights off . No cellphone. Pitch black close your eyes and try to sleep .

5.) sleep really is the best remedy But I know having a baby this isn't always possible and I have had to fight through them without sleep

Good luck. I have migraines a lot ever since I was in middle school. Excedrin migraine worked wonders for me but because I'm breastfeeding I do the above list . Just know it will end ☹️️they really are horrible.

Gatorade and something with caffeine like soda or coffee. It will make the Tylenol pass thru faster
