Is it normal to have to wait at least 15 mins past my appointment time? Every single time they make me wait 😡

I don't get how they make us wait almost 30 minutes after we check in and only have a 10 minute grace period if your late

My old office once told me we set ur appointment at 9:30 but u have to wait 30 min, and I looked at the girl and said ur telling me I have to sit here for 30 min just because ur out ur dam mind and I said if I'm not seen within 10 min after my appointment time I'm leaving
