I get some cramping after sex now too. I just pay attention to them to make sure they don't turn into any sort of contractions. So far it's always stopped pretty quickly.

Just noticed you aren't pregnant! 😂 I assume it's quite normal after birth as well, but this is my first child so I can't tell you for sure yet.
