Lately (since I have had my son) I have been down on myself not really depressed just not wanting to do anything but the bare minimum. I know it has to do with less sleep than I'm used to (5 hours on a good night), and my hormones getting back on track, but what are somethings y'all do for yourself when you are feeling blah? Last week I got my hair done and today my plan is to get my nails done but what else??
