I would wait :) I told my employer around 10 weeks but only cause I had to take so much time off for appointments. I had one like once every 2 weeks or something
I'd wait until its obvious and no longer able to hide. I've some women get fired for that because they thibk pregnant women are a liability. Even though that's discrimination.

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

I know I've posted this before but when your water was leaking did it stay leaking or just with movements or what? Did you get contractions shortly after or no? I rolled out of bed and felt warmth leak out but Idk if it was possibly urine or what...never had it happen. It didn't smell like anything really...I know I should either call l&d or go in but I just want some experiences please. I want to wait a bit just in case it's nothing.
