I have four days till my due date! what happens if my water dosent break by due date what does that mean?😕😕

You can be over due baby comes when it wants to come the due date is just an estimate of when you will be 40weeks some women go until 42 but doctors usually try to get the baby out by 42 weeks because then the placenta can stop working the chances are higher the longer you are over due.. Most women get their water broken in the hospital while in labor
have you ever heard of dry birth? my aunt had a really tough time with her pregnancy and when she ended up having her baby there was literally no water. she was born at home with a midwife and the midwife said that they didn't even realize it until after the baby was born... they just used LOTS of KY.
oh OK thanks a lot its my first pregnancy and Im still learning g
@alicia97, no you just get to wait... you should have a dr appt... most drs won't induce you until 42 weeks unless you have a medical reason
and as most woman water brrak during labor not right before as an indication. contractions and dilation is what to look out for @cubanese
Most of the time water breaks during labor. You are fine, I promise
your baby is not ready yet you'll be fine 42 weeks is the most... remember your due date is only an estmation its not approximate
thank you so mucg
