Has anyone ever used raspberry leaf tea ???

Do you know if you can add sugar or anything? Or does it have to be plain ? Is the question

I added sugar to it drank it twice a day and when I was dilating i went from a 3 to 10 in an hour

I used it for 2 weeks (: I went from 2cm to 4 over time and it made my labor really fast. I absolutely love it! I drank mine plain because I enjoy the taste but you can add honey to it which is pretty good.

Aww thanks ladies 😁❤️ I'm currently 2cm been in horrible pain and contracting 6 in an hour but it hasn't changed my cervix so I think I need it.
