Coffee first then do the normal boring stuff at home. Around 3 I take a walk to get myself not feeling so tired. The sun wakes me up just a little bit

anybody else has a hard time having sex I couldn't do it after my 3rd month me n my baby daddy tried when I was 4 months n it was a no go I was n pain n he didn't want to hurt me then I tried again last week n it was even worse! actually thats true the "healthy" way to get energized is exercise, wen , a while back, lol, i was working out i had a lot of energy.....but then again i didnt have a baby ....hmmmm ....
