Ok question... does this 10 week ultrasound look normal? I have my first babies 10 week and this one. And they look nothing alike, I'm worried something is wrong

I'm trying to figure out if this girl is fake. She posted a 10 week ultra sound and no way baby is that big yet at 10 weeks. I had an ultra sound at 10 weeks so I know how the baby would approximately look. 🙄
