I'm going out today but i don't have the carseat so i'm using the capsule. Can i put it in the car without the belt by using the seatbelt instead

Hang on, does your capsule have the base that's fitted in your car? Forgot about those capsules.
Hmm, I don't think so. Pretty sure they have to be fitted in a car seat.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
It will need the base (that is fastened to the seat with the actual belt).. and will always need to use the tether strap- or the capsule itself isn't anchored enough and therefore isn't safe :) x
