it's normal for symptoms to dissappear from time to time...I've got 4 kids and it happened with each one...have you had a dr appointment yet? and if you are worried you could always go see the Dr to clear your mind :) and as long as you don't have severe bleeding and severe cramps you should be fine :)

When I had my miscarriage it was the heavy bleeding and cramping. I knew I was pregnant but then that started so I went to the er and they were able to confirm. But the first 20 weeks is when your body (and organs) do all the shifting to make room for the baby. Because of having a miscarriage, everything was alarming to me but I learned that alot of it was just normal.
