You can hand express: YouTube. It will relieve just enough to stop some pain and not tell your body to make more. Because you are formula feeding you don't want to pump because if will happen again and again. Put cold compress in your bra to help the pain. Otherwise it's just a waiting game :/

Orrrrrrr you can pump and just pump less everyday until your supply diminishes. It just depends if you are willing to do extra work because you would have to pump multiple times a day :/
