I breastfeed my baby everyday and I get maybe 2oz if I'm lucky I wish I could produce more to store :(

And that freezer is breast milk only. Had to buy a deep freezer so it can last up to a year. I'm now on my April supply for the babysitter. If I can do it anybody can. Just dedication and patience. @amaperalta03

Fenugreek is a supplement to help your milk supply!!! I took it with my 3rd child to get my milk supply up. It worked for me... but you gotta take like 9 a day and it'll make you smell like maple syrup lol @itsjasmine

I drink so much water my bladder practically explodes! 😂 what's fenugreek? I've tried mothers milk as well but nothing's happened:/

@halsey11, I'd kill to make that much 😓 I can barely breastfeed my baby once a day right now. I'm not even wearing breastpads anymore :/

I'm so tired of pumping though 😆 if I didn't pump though, I'd be miserably engorged

I freeze mine flat then put them in a gallon zip loc bag, label them. And put them in the deep freezer. I don't keep any milk in the house freezer because it will only stay good for 6 months compared to 12 months in the deep freezer

smart
