@littleelf85, thank you Hun. It's nice to hear other mums points of view. My son was fine having it also. It's just upsetting when it's close to home that's all. But I agree the risks of illness is much greater, won't stop me being worried sick when I come to get this baby immunised xxx

@hawkie75 I think rarely...a child can have an allergic reaction to something within the injection...xxx

@winterbaby95, yeah I totally agree Hun, most babies are just fine aren't they. I was just curious what people thought that's all. It certainly is a worry xxx

@h04, I'm not sure Hun she just said they'd gone to London to a doctor to confirm it. She said that he was born with a certain chromosome or something but that lots of children are born with it and it never bothers them or has any effect, but that the MMR triggered that chromosome off or something. It was just scary hearing it very close to home, my cousin said he went from a normal baby to not being able to look her in the eyes properly like literally the next day. So heartbreaking x

@hawkie75 @h04 I personally don't think the injections can cause autism....Me and all 4 of my siblings had them...and my older brother is the only one with Aspergers :) He is fine xD Hun...did you know that every human is on the spectrum? Just some people are higher up than others :) My daughter had all her injections...just would risk it for the sake of she may or may not turn out autistic... Im Rubella immune xxx

Really? How did they prove it, I only ask as I am a health professional . Is your auntie taking up a case with the government? Autism usually is detected around the same time as the jabs. It's a worry as none of us want to give our children anything that could harm them but the diseases are far worse. Being a parent is so stressful.

@h04, yeah I was under the same impression as you Hun. I only ask cause my auntie came round the other day and we were chatting about my cousins lil boy who now had autism, it's been proven by a doctor in London that the MMR triggered it off in him. I massively changed over night after the injection apparently. Just a bit scary. My son had the MMR years ago and obviously all as fine And I'd like to get this baby done too I wa just curious xxx

The NHS does NOT do them separately and they cost quite a bit separately. The dr who originally started the hype about this vaccination has been struck off.
