I need help. has anyone new mom's got the abnormalities test while pregnant and have it come back positive???

I didn't get it done. I asked myself and my partner if it would change anything for us. If we would consider abortion or adoption and we came to the conclusion that no matter what this was our baby and she'll be loved by us. Don't worry about anything when there's nothing to worry about. You should be enjoying your pregnancy and the beautiful baby bump that comes along with it :)

Yeah that's what I'm hoping for. I wouldn't abort my child because of this. I just wanted to see how many mommas have done it and gotten it back positive and ask what happened afterwards.

Just know this test does have a high failure rate which has pushed expecting parents to have an abortion when most of the time nothing was wrong.

I always opt out of the test. Reason being is many moms have claimed to have is come back positive and panic when in the end baby comes out just fine even when the odds were pretty high to there being something potentially wrong. Sure sometimes it can be right but I never get it done because I don't want to know and I sure don't want to stress and worry my whole pregnancy. In the end I'll love my baby no matter what is what I told everyone. If you had a positive to anything try not to worry so much hun.
