is anyone else dealing with SEVERE hip pain???? no, just me, ok 😣 it hurts so bad, feels like my hip is being dislocated over and over again.
Oh my goodness!! I'm glad you and baby are ok @green_smilezz ! hopefully I'll find out soon cause I can't take it much longer hahah.
Yeah that would be terrible. I had a bad car accident when I was 8 weeks pregnant so I'm guessing is because of that. I really hope it goes away after the baby . And you're 36 weeks so you'll find out sooner than me. Yay 😊
Oh jeez, I hoping it goes away for both of us after birth @green_smilezz ! having to have surgery after birth would be horrible.
It will go away. As soon as you get back on your weight. But I'll recommend to check with orthopedic because if you have the same syndrome that I think I have , that means we need to take meds or maybe surgery. My orthopedic told me that after I give birth they will do some kat scans to see if it's only because of my pregnancy or is a syndrome.
thank you so much @green_smilezz !! I'm definitely going to look them up and start doing them asap. so once we give birth it will go away? or will we be stuck with it for a while?
My doctor says it might be a piriformis syndrome. That affects people when they are carrying over weight and it in your posterior hips. And that's about right for me. Because I didn't have this pain when I wasn't pregnant
How to relieve hip pain "kai wheeler" is the name of the girl . She has some very helpful videos. Also just do yoga for hip pain, just put it like that on you tube and it will show videos , some postures you can do while pregnant like stretching your legs and body . Believe me I have to do it through out the day to help the pain . Just do 10 minutes maybe every two hours when you have the pain.
that's exactly what it's like for me @green_smilezz ! do you know the names of the videos?? does it really help?
I have the same problem. I bought I body pillow but doesn't help. It hurts more when I move around like cleaning the house, I cannot walk. It's very frustrating. I told my doctor and I saw orthopedic but they can't do anything since I'm pregnant so I just have to deal with it. I also saw some videos on you tube of yoga for hip pain and that's what I do many times a day to help the pain.
yes I have a snoogle @delores93 and it still doesn't help, at this point I can barely walk right now!
I hope you'd be better after the baby. Hugs &a kiss
