My colostrum came in 2 days PP after my emergency c section. Ask for the lactation consultant to come talk to you and show you how to hand express.

Yes plus there isn't a lot so I'm sure the baby is getting it all when on the boob!

@kristinlynn0903, I didn't pump when I pregnant with my son but tried this last time with my daughter and I got nothing out ever even at 37 weeks. But breastfeeding game is super strong 3 weeks in :) good luck to you Mama

yes. plus colostrum is super thick and syrup like it's hard to pump out.
