dose anyone know what this could be??? his whole face is breaking out and it's little red dots.

Baby acne. Don't do anything. I was told it will go away on its own. Breast milk made my baby's worse.

Sometimes you just have to let it go away on its own

I don't breast feed :(

If you're breastfeeding put your milk on it . It cleared my baby's acne right up .
