@leahsmommi, @concrete its a homemade blue cheese but don't taste like regular Blue cheese I buy the crumbles then mix it

I never make this kind but since I'm slowing back adding meat to my diet it goes well with ham which is what was the meat in this salad I never eat pork but my mil brought sandwiches stuff over to make it easy on us bc the baby
