So for the three hour glucose test.. How long did you fast for beforehand? Can you drink water? What foods do I stay away from in the days leading up to it? 
I'm worried because my dr said to fast for 12 hours but I can barely fast for 12 minutes 😭😂😂

you can have water up until you drink the stuff!

anytime I have to do a 12hr fast, I go to bed 10-12 hours before the appointment, sleep until about 2hrs before I need to get ready, then get up and go so that I don't even have time to eat. You can have water, btw.
