i dnt fall asleep until the late hours now..between 2 and 4am. and even on the weekend i wake up automatically between 7 and 7:30. then at around 9 i start napping. omg i really hate dis. im worn out my body hurts.

in had to call my doc today bc I'm suffering really bad from lack of sleep. it's hard for me to fall asleep or to even get some rest. he told me to take benadryl which I'm going to try tonight for sure bc I can't take being tired all the time. but I would suggest for you to call you OB and see what they say.
