So I'm 39 weeks and at my last appointment I was only 1 cm and 70% effaced (first time mom). Today I've had lower back pain off and on (nothing excruciating just uncomfortable) and this evening occasionally my stomach gets really hard and the muscles feel tight and kind of uncomfortable. Are these signs of the beginning of labor?? Help!

@mari_contreras, that's what I was thinking I would do too. I'm assuming it means we are in early labor but wouldn't be admitted if we went to the hospital

I have had that the past 2-3 days I just don't know what to do being a ftm. I'm just waiting to see if I get pain that's unbearable to wait to go in@wardenmom94
