they are wrist bands that help with nausea. they make em for sea sickness/motion sickness. I ordered mine from amazon @mirandakent11

I hope you feel better soon. I was like that from week 3 to week 13, it was horrible. I hate feeling nauseous, I rather just throw up all day and feel better lol. try ginger snaps and get the Seabands...they worked pretty good for me

Vaginal labor is so easy I would rather take the contractions any day than to have to have a c section
