Check for lip or tongue ties. It shouldn't really hurt.

It gets better. After a while it won't hurt at all.

it let's up after a while. for me at least. it's a lot better now. one week in doesn't hurt as much as before.

Someone told me if it hurts your doing it wrong and I'm like no it hurts period!!! Most of the time it don't but on the rare occasions it hurts!
