Should I Offer to Be a Surrogate Mother for My Relatives?

I think it's a great idea to offer. Maybe talking to the wife first and let her discuss with her husband in her own way. Maybe she is praying on it and you don't know!! I def encourage you to ask/offer!

I would just try talking to her about her struggles with getting pregnant or find a way of talking about the subject and give some pointers and then slowly bring the idea in. Don't just hop right to that question ya know? Or have your husband kind of talk about it to his uncle as well. I can totally understand being nervous about it because of the whole you being able to carry but she can't thing, and not knowing the outcome of her response but at least the offer will always be on the table for them you know?

@mamatobe8516, I absolutely loved every second of being pregnant and would love to be able to carry a baby for another trying couple! especially when its family that's having a hard time trying to get pregnant...I'm just worried that it may cause her to never speak to me again, although she hasn't spoke to me in over 4 months as it is...I don't wanna come across to her as I can carry a baby but you can't...I just really worry how they would take that question...

I personally look at surrogate mothers as a blessing for other people just as much as your child being a blessing. I give people who are willing to carry a child for someone so much respect. I would do it in a heart beat for someone. Which I actually was thinking about myself for my mothers best friend who has been trying for 14 years. Just ask them if they ever considered a surrogate and if they say yes, just tell them you would be willing to do it for them.
