When I get "me time" I totally get lost in the joy of my business, my team, my coaching family, and my health. Daily exercise is my daily #metime and without it, I get a wee bit stir crazy!

This is actually hard for me... but I am learning to take time :) Here lately I've been painting and I love to crochet :) ooo and I love homecoming week because I get to make mums!
