I have a question about naps. My son (almost 4 months) usually takes a morning nap and An afternoon nap. Morning is about 3 hours if we're lucky. Evening is about an hour. He sleeps through the night but gets up at 5 am and then talks to himself for the next hour... Is his morning nap too long? What are your daily schedules?
At what age did you stop two hour naps and go to one hour naps for 1 year olds? I feel like my twins aren't sleepy enough at night when I put them down. In the morning my boy twin will sometimes nap at 10 for a little bit but no longer then a half hour. My girl twin pretty much dropped her morning naps. They used to take an hour nap at that time. They normally nap from 1:30 to 3:30 and go to bed at 8:30
Hi all What time should I put Liam to bed on a night is it about 7.30 ish ? And what time should his last nap be he normally takes about 3 hours a day napping xx
My lil Florence is 8 and a half months old and seems to have one long 1.5-2 hours (10ish-12) nap on a morning then a shorter one on an afternoon, say around 1/2 hour to 40 mins around 2/2.30pm, I'm interested in how other baby's nap around her age?

Morning ladies... I hardly ever complain but this morning my bf tells me he needs another hour of sleep.. um ok.. I’m up every hour through the night and u get to sleep and take naps and now want to sleep in for a xtra hour.. I’m running on fumes... I’m so irritated 😠

My son at 4 months slept in the morning for about 2 hrs, then about 3pm and went to bed at 9pm and woke up at 8. He's 7months now and schedule is similar and he still breastfeeds at night. I think every baby has their own little routine. I wouldn't shorten anything. In my opinion babies sleep when they need to and how much they need.

@caprisun04, that's a good thing! he knows the difference between day and night. at the moment my daughter Is going through a sleep regression, so everything is super off. 😥

@sabreycastro1996, Hunter is usually asleep by 6:45. He goes to sleep by himself as soon as the son goes down
