Does anyone up here own a small dog that can answer some questions about my pup ? She's been excessively licking and chewing near her privates and theirs brown stuff all around it that will not come off with a bath picture in comment.

my dog was doing the same thing but she is fixed. I thought she just got a bug bite. she eventually quit doing it. chewed off her hair and I think that dried blood on her hairs but it's been a couple weeks since she was chewing her self but still looks like this
