and thanks for the suggestion, I just don't have time to go to spinning classes 😕 I go to school full time, have 2 jobs, and my son I really wanna try spinning classes so bad though @mluvs7
gym spin class makes you sweat fast n alot n burns calories like crazy. also filter in free weights .
