I don't know about the beginning of pregnancy but my OB actually prescribed it because of my severe sciatica around 20 weeks. I only took a few and cut them in half when I did. Only took one half a day for like 4 days.

Thank you I called them and they are closed....again. I am having such bad spasms now though 😢😢😢
