I walked, did iron mikes, squats, I walked the stairs, ate fresh pineapples, and I'm taking the primrose oil pills I was 50% effaced Tuesday and 1cm dilated now I'm contracting I been contracting since 5am but they still not close enough together
Well I didn't look up any particular exercises. I would sway from side to side though like as if I was doing squats. But if I did squats without a ball my legs would get really wobbly and sore after lol. So I used a ball and squat from side to side
