Finally lost my mucus plug last night at 38 weeks and been having cramps in my lower abdomen all night! Could it possibly be wary labor symptoms?

mine was and they kept saying it was prodromal labor no it wasn't because no sooner do I get to the hospital and I have to push him out I labored at home I guess
