Понаблюдай. Если есть регулярный промежуток, например 30сее каменеет, потом 5 мин отпкскает, то вероятно это не тренировочные. Если в течение часа регулярно будет схватывать, то скорую и в роддом. Там проверят, если раскрытия нет, то домой отправят

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
