What made your baby lift there head? A toy? Tv? Noise? I need help getting my girl to do it! She is lazy and won't push herself up lol
She holds her head up when she isn't on her tummy but once she's on the tummy she has no interest in lifting her head lol
Lol oh ok 😂 cute picture, but not good for getting that head up! Lol.. have you talked to your pediatrician about it? 3 months she should be lifting it up without too much prompting. Maybe they have some more tips or tricks to get her to start doing it. @mommatay22
@sarahb518, She is usually flat lol this is just the only pic I had of her on her belly right now 😂 my lil stink bug 😂😂
I would say definitely straighten out her legs. She shouldn't be laying on her knees like that. It is probably more comfortable for her head to be down with her legs like that. I would say lay her completely flat on her tummy and see if she tries to raise her head at all
my girl is in love with the TV so she'll lift her head for that or for me if I move around her
I lay down with her and hold her toys and I've tried shaking her rattle which she loves! I've tried mirrors too 😔 it doesn't work.. @lovingmatheo @junesmommy_15
Try showing her a toy. I usually lay on my tummy with my son and that seems to help
Ok I will try it! I thought they are suppose to use their arms to push up so o would always try putting them in like a push up position! Lol
theres a YouTube video demonstrating proper tummy time exercise. idk where it is. HOWEVER, if you hold her butt and shoulders down to the floor and talk to her/stimulate her it may help her bring head up.

Her helmet she got so she can be safe (as she told me) when she rides her bike and scooter lol
Anyone elses newborns lift their heads up , and roll on their side ? Two days ago she started rolling on her side , but the second day of her being born she started lifting her head up off my chest or shoulder when I try to burp her.
She deleted her post twice lol 🤦🏼♀️
So, I have looked into and discussed it. Doctor says that sitting her up and supporting her is not an issue as she can hold her head up for more than a few minutes on her own.

IM HAVING TWIN GIRLS😍💕💕
*lol baby B had her butt on her sisters head.
She lifts it up off my shoulder and she just turned 3 months today.. She also will sit and hold her head but just not at tummy time... When I talked to her doctor they said give her more time cuz she was born at 37 weeks and also her head is at the top of the charts and her weight is 5th percentile SOOO.... I'm giving her more time just want to make sure I'm doing everything I can to help her lift it... @sad ahb518
