is it common for there to be cramps associated with spotting, going on a day now, and/or lasting longer? (I'm weeks 5, I think) currently, still breast feeding my 29mo.

it's just my mom had miscarried twice after me. So it's made me nervous. thank you ladies

I had some very mild cramping and brown spotting early in pregnancy

yes it's normal to spot the first few weeks. implantation bleeding.

Yes it's normal. But if your worried I would call your doctor

Spotting doesn't necessarily mean there's a problem, but it never hurts to check with your doctor. Most doctors don't mind and would prefer that their patients call in this situation.
