So I had a normal vaginal delivery and I am 11 days postpartum I had no tearing and I didn't have to get cut either so when do you think it would be OK for me to start working out again

even though the actual vagina didn't suffer severe trauma your uterus did. the 6 weeks restriction is to give your uterus time to heal. excessive activity can actually cause you to bleed heavier than you should be. in my opinion it's best to wait the 6 weeks unless your dr specifically tells you other wise. we had to get groceries at 3 weeks pp for me and just walking around the store for like an hour and a half I poured blood.. it was rough.

Usually they want you to wait 6 weeks but call your doctor, they may give you early clearance
