It sucks when they're so small and sick. Since you can't give your little one anything, go sit in the bathroom with her, close the door and turn on the shower with hot water. Let it steam really good and sit in there for 10-15 minutes. It's gonna get hot, but will help clear things up. And you can always get a pediatric approved diffuser as well

Awwww poor baby! My baby is the same way but he's 2 months with a cold and the doctor basically said it's nothing that they can give them because they are so young, and the only thing you can do it let the cold take its course 😢 but you can take her just to make sure it's not nothing too serious like pneumonia. @brionie31

You could always call the pediatrician to recommend what the baby can take for a cold.
