Anyone experienced trapped wind while pregnant?? I'm in so much pain like bending over to walk can't sit down. I don't know if it's that or the baby pushing down??? I feel like I need a good fart 🙈

Oh dear! Get yourself on all fours (if appropriate, I don't recommend this mid-street) and slowly go from kneeling to 'child's pose' and back again. If you do need to fart, it'll help move it out 🙈 x

be careful hun I had this Tuesday last week and it wasn't trapped wind like I thought it ended up being gastroenteritis:(

I feel ok in myself. I've had a bad pregnancy from the beginning with being sick. I think he's just getting comfortable and got abit of braxton hicks. Going to try and have a bath. Are you ok now @muffinmay x

I'm still only a week in still get pain and some things set it off leaving me sick or sick from the other end :p but it's easing now just was crappy not having anything but paracetamol to take for it!!
