@abgallie7, I would take him to the doctor. sounds like he is not feeling well, my son's belly never looked that bloated

He's been crying for 2 days and eating like crazy he's slept maybe 4 hours in the past 24 and cried the rest.

My baby's belly looks the same. My MIL said it's because their organs are bigger, liver specifically but I have no clue.

He is probably full . Is he always like that ?
