Okay my Breastfeeding Mommas!!
My milk is currently almost all fat! That milk has been in the fridge for multiple hours with zero separation! Not only has my milk become more fatty and rich but my supply has also increased!! HOW???
SUNFLOWER SEEDS!!!!
Before this some days mine was too!! barley the top layer was fat!! I really like getting the raw seeds and roasting them with coconut oil to make them sweet!! @kambam My sister said almonds have worked well for her but I haven't tried it since this is working
@autumnrae def gonna experiment!my milk fat level is shit 😆
@kambam, I had never heard it worked until someone on here posted it and I tried it and it worked in a day!!! I've noticed a significant difference in the fat level and a pretty decent difference in the volume!!
Opinions on hungrier baby milk? My girl is drinking well over 30 oz in 24 hours. I tried her with water inbetween feeds but she just won't settle in till she has milk as she's hungry not thirsty. She's awake like 18 hours a day 😭
So question
Has anybody successfully not be able to give there seconds or third child like cookies fast food etc .
After seeing the effect after giving it to your your first children ?
For example: my son only drink chocolate milk :( he will drink white milk and cereal but never by it self ) with my daughter I’m trying to not give her NONE .
My son loves cookies , I’m trying to not give my daughter none !!
Has anyone actually given their baby whole milk before age 1 ?
My milk supply has gone to shit
Has anyone done anything other than almond milk or regular milk? I don't want to give either!
@samclark5, I get the preshelled ones so just the kernels! I have tried the roasted and salted ones, the raw ones, and I've gotten the raw ones and roasted them in the oven using coconut oil and a little honey and they all seem to work the same! I'm sure the ones in shells would work also but I have never liked having to work for my food:) and @mommyandjonford eating sunflower seeds! I'm not totally sure why it works to be honest but probably has something to do with the fat and vitamins in them!
