exactly @housfullofgrls idk why people have to be so negative or why this topic is even taboo...in most European countries its socially acceptable for pregnant or bf moms to drink in moderation. its all about setting boundaries and knowing your limit

Same @mrs_spectaculus this is my third, and I EBF my other two a year or more. I think I know what I'm talking about, especially since my 6 year old is top of her class in everything 🙄👋🏽

@happyamy, exactly what I had in mind. 1 can or bottle of beer will do me justice. I can't see a parent being irresponsible enough to be wasted and still feed their child. As long as you use good judgment.

Lol I am actually not going to comment on anyone trying to drink while pregnant or breastfeeding anymore you all can do your own thing.

I had to ask my doctor and my breastfeeding consultant to be sure I've been craving beer since I became pregnant and I'm not crazy about beer. But as soon as I get home from the hospital I will surely have some I can't wait😊

@mrs_spectaculus, you are stupid if you drink alcohol while breast feeding. Do your research and educate yourself and make up your own mind, don't let others influence you to harm your baby

Yes it's true you can drink while EBF at least that's what I was told by my doctor you just have to monitor your alcohol intake or have milk stored incase you need to pump and dump but as long as your not getting wasted it's fine.
