And family is saying shes only getting either or? Wow thats kind of fucked up. Look how far her birthday is from Christmas. I always get my christmas/birthday cousins 2 gifts

@livd15, I told my family members it was okay but her dad brought up the fact it's not fair she gonna feel some type of way as she gets older but since this year her 1st birthday going all out so Christmas isn't a big deal this year

Kids don't care. Just don't bring it up. My kids hardly ever get presents from anyone else and they've never said a thing.

@andrewsmommy, I trying explain it to them somewhat but they said they was too close together and didn't wanna fight about it but her dad saying she gonna feel left out as she gets older watching her cousins gets christmas gifts from certain aunts and uncle and she don't get anything

Well she's tiny she wont care until she's probably 7. What my mom does is she buys little gifts and she'll write its from whoever didn't get that kid a second present or whatever so they don't feel left out. she'll buy like a color set or something nothing expensive maybe something you'll find in the dollar section at target. you could do that or you could just have her not open presents with everyone because she'll have less. Save her gifts until she gets home

My oldest daughters birthday is December 27th. I have always said she will have a birthday and Christmas! It's not her fault her birthday landed so close to Christmas! I got birthday and Christmas so should she!
