How do you professionally handle a coworker that hates you for no apparent reason? Its really stresses me out because Im supporting my baby on my own and need this job.
@firsttimemommytoaprincess, @mami2d @jaunty. Unfortunately we are required to communicate and trust each other or one of us could get hurt. The freezing out is getting so bad that Im afraid one of us might. Im non confrontational and I already just do everything she says.
@roxell, she talks about me behind my back, is generally rude in comments and corrects me loudly in front of others. Im new and think I could learn from her if she gives me a chance.
I know it's easier said than done but just do your job and ignore them. If you tried everything and they don't want to talk what you just ignore them. Think about your baby and nothing else will matter.
In what way do they express it?I have talked to coworkers if I was able to,by other situations I talked to management for more serious issues.
Personally,I would have a talk with her.I'd speak and approach in a professional manner and usually it works.People sometimes stop acting like that when they realize you're not gonna take it.No one should have to go through that at work.Work itself is already stressful
